Phase 1 – Initial Discovery Consult
Purpose: Understand story, emotional weight, scope, budget.

Phase 2 – Concept & Design Session
Purpose: Translate emotion into layout.
Length: 90 minutesCharge: $400–$750(non-refundable, applies toward build if approved)

Artifact arrangement strategy

2️⃣ PRODUCTION PROCESS (What Actually Happens in Shop)
This is where people underestimate the work.
Step A – Artifact Prep (5–10 hours)
Flattening documents
Sealing photos (epoxy-safe)
Stabilizing fabrics
Coating metals to prevent bubbles
Testing reaction with resin
⚠️ This is CRITICAL. One mistake ruins heirlooms.
Step B – Base Build (10–25 hours)
Mill hardwood
Laminate ring or slab

Sand + seal interior

Step C – Dry Layout Session (2–4 hours)

Step D – Deep Pour Process (3–5 days total)
